When can I start?
You can start this subscription anytime. As soon as you enroll/subscribe you will start receiving a student weekly email (usually sent on a Saturday or Monday) which will give you an invite to the forthcoming live online sessions.
Am I qualified to take these classes?
These classes are ideal for anyone who is currently learning coaching or has learned to coach. Whatever level you are at with your coaching whether right at the start or advanced, you will gain a lot of insight and depth from each topic covered.
Brand new to coaching? Or maybe wanting to get a better understanding of our 'Co-Creative coaching model' which underpins all of our teaching we recommend you consider taking our Level 1 Certificate in Co-Creative Transformational Coaching.
How do the online classes work?
When you attend live master class sessions (which are available weekly), you will be led through a 90 minute interactive zoom class. During this time you will receive some teaching, take part in group discussions, see demonstrations, maybe be coached as a demonstration (if you agree)!. Also you will be invited to share some of your coaching expertise or where you are at. We will learn underlying themes, techniques, best practice and more! There is also Q&A sessions about any aspects of coaching.
What happens if I miss a class?
Classes are available on a weekly basis during academic term times. You do not have to attend every week. You have access to as many classes that you wish to attend during your subscription and until you end your subscription.
When does my subscription end?
Your subscription is for as long as you wish it to be. You can start or finish it at anytime.
Will I get a certificate when I complete?
No, certificates are available as part of our Executive programs, which alongside master classes have additional learning components, including online ondemand curriculum, practical activation classes, mentoring and evaluations.
Can I use this classes as CCE's or Approved ICF hours?
Currently these classes are not approved as official CCE's but the curriculum is part of ICF approved courses, so you could provide evidence of attendance to ICF.
Who is teaching the class?
The lessons are taught by Tina Southgate, Master Coach and Founder of Destiny Coaching Ministries, alongside other faculty members who are certified, professional coaches familiar and experienced in the Destiny Coaching Co-Creative approach.

Tina has over 20 years experience of developing leaders in corporate, non-profit and Christian ministry environments. From founding a leadership development company in 2006, Tina moved on to create Destiny Coaching Ministries in 2012.
