Frequently Asked Questions
When can I start?
This course is run throughout each year. As soon as you sign up you will get instant access to the OnDemand curriculum. You will also be invited to a live masterclass, available on a weekly basis. An email is sent each week detailing classes available for the coming week with links to access them.
How long does this course take?
The course is self paced so you can choose how quickly or slowly you complete the course. Typically students will complete it within 2-3 weeks based on the amount of course curriculum both online ondemand and live weekly classes available. This is based on committing 2-3 hours of study time per week.
Am I qualified to take this course?
Some level of coach training would be preferable in order to make the most of this training. We recommend ideally that you have had at least 10-20 hours of coach specific training. Try our Introductory Certificate or our Level 1 Executive Certificate if you haven't had this.
What if I can't make the scheduled classes?
As pat of this mini course you only need to come to 2 scheduled classes, which are available on different days and times each week. If you can't make any of these or prefer to only do self study, you can still complete the course. However, the live class attendance, does make this course qualify for approved training hours towards an ICF or Destiny Coaching Certification. If you are already ICF certified you can use hours of this course for your renewals
How do the online classes work?
The Releasing the Dreamer and Activating Dreams module has online OnDemand lessons including real coaching demonstrations, which you watch at your convenience. Alongside these included in this course is one attendance at a live Masterclass where you will be invited to share some of your learning and to ask questions. You will also attend one or more live practical activation online classes, where you are paired with another student to complete your practical assignments.
What happens if I miss a class?
Missed classes are not a problem, with the self-paced format of this course. Classes are available on a weekly basis during academic term times. As the course is self paced, you can work through the material at your own pace, attending the live sessions when it's convenient.
Will I get a certificate when I complete?
Yes!
Can I use this course as CCE's or Approved ICF hours?
Yes!
Who is teaching the class?
The Online OnDemand lessons are taught by Tina Southgate, Master Coach and Founder of Destiny Coaching Ministries. Live classes are also taught by Tina, alongside other faculty.

Tina has over 20 years experience of developing leaders in corporate, non-profit and Christian ministry environments. From founding a leadership development company in 2006, Tina moved on to create Destiny Coaching Ministries in 2012.
She has authored a pioneering leadership coaching model which fuses together professional coaching with spiritual encounter to create a new empowered way of thinking and being.
