When can I start?
You can start this course anytime. As soon as you enroll you will start receiving a student weekly email which will have an invite to our live online sessions. You will also be invited to a live online induction where you can meet and discuss your course in a group with a faculty member and you can meet other students.
Am I qualified to take this course?
This course is designed for those that have had coach training. We recommend that you have done 20+ hours of coach training.
If you are brand new to coaching or a trained coach who wants to get a better understanding of our 'Co-Creative coaching approach' which underpins all of our course we recommend you consider taking our Level 1 Certificate in Co-Creative Transformational Coaching.
How do the online classes work?
You have 3 modules to complete in this course. Each module has online OnDemand lessons including real coaching demonstrations, which you watch at your convenience and then attend a live session (available weekly) where you will be invited to share some of your learning, to discuss underlying themes and to ask questions. You will also attend a live practical activation online to complete your practical assignments. You can opt to complete these with your own volunteers or via our student pairing exchange option.
What happens if I miss a class?
Classes are available on a weekly basis during academic term times. This course is self paced so you can work through the modules at your own pace, attending live sessions as you need to.
Will I get a certificate when I complete?
When you have completed all the modules, including the required live attendance and completion of practical coaching assignments, you let us know and we will issue you with a Certificate of Completion.
If you want to get 'Certified' there is a separate process where you are observed and evaluated to pass certain criteria along with needing to complete required client coaching hours.
Can I use this course as CCE's or Approved ICF hours?

Who is teaching the class?
The Online OnDemand lessons are taught by Tina Southgate, Master Coach and Founder of Destiny Coaching Ministries.
Your Instructor
Tina has over 20 years experience of developing leaders in corporate, non-profit and Christian ministry environments. From founding a leadership development company in 2006, Tina moved on to create Destiny Coaching Ministries in 2012.
She has authored a pioneering leadership coaching model which fuses together professional coaching with spiritual encounter to create a new empowered way of thinking and being.
As master coach, author and speaker, Tina activates leaders to their next level, to find the extraordinary leader within and connect to God for clarity, purpose, identity and ignited passion.
