This online program teaches you how to coach people through transformational coaching exercises, including some based on scriptures, but totally useable on anyone whether they are of faith or not. The coaching exercises take people on a journey through their heart and connect them to the heart of God.

PRE-REQUISITES:

This program is designed for people who have already undergone a minimum of basic coach training, ideally 20+ hours of coach specific training. (If you have not had this, check out our Level 1 Certificate in Co-Creative Transformational Coaching as a first step)

Experiencing a fresh revelation of your positive identity traits at a new level

Learn how to coach both Christians and anyone of any faith through key scriptures containing truth about our identity. Watch as you see greater awareness and new revelation develop in those you coach. Lead people into greater confidence and boldness of who they are and their strength.

MODULE 2

Applying Your Powerful Identity to Real Life

Learn to bring together truths about true identity into everyday challenges, helping people step into a stronger position to overcome. Help people to realise new ways of thinking that are available to them to walk more confidently in all areas of their life, work and relationships.

MODULE 3

Strengthening and building your foundations to increase your confidence and have higher self esteem

Learn how to coach people to access and fill up on love from themselves, others and God. Help people to build a strong foundation of being accepted, being unique and belonging. Learn to coach greater awareness of areas of lack and how to fill these areas in a healthy sustainable way, through coaching them through 'love encounters'.

MODULE 4

Aligning with an abundant provision mindset for greater success

Learn to stretch people into different thinking about what is possible through a journey of the imagination. Help people to connect with generosity either through the generous nature of their God or a journey of positive abundant thinking of what can be possible. Watch them step into a place of greater faith and expectancy because of this.

MODULE 5

Exploring my world changer identity

Learn to coach people into their greater potential by understanding their identity as a world changer. Help people to identify key limiting mindsets that stop this reality. Learn how to reverse these through receiving affirmations, either directly from God or other empowering frameworks that are appropriate for them.

MODULE 6

Stepping into my extraordinary self

Learn how to call forth the powerful ruler in those you coach, taking them from ordinary to the extraordinary. Using this module's structured exercise you can help people identify where the stretch is for them and how to leave behind what does not serve them to focus on the new empowered way of being extraordinary.
